HypeBeam is an independent informational and analytics service currently in development. It is designed to detect and evaluate emerging topics and hypes appearing across public YouTube content.
2. Informational service
HypeBeam's results, classifications, rankings, scores and other analytics are provided for informational purposes. They may be incomplete, delayed, estimated or inaccurate. A HypeBeam score or classification should not be treated as a statement of fact about future popularity, commercial performance or the quality of any video, creator, product, company, person or event.
3. YouTube API Services and third-party services
HypeBeam uses YouTube API Services to access certain publicly available information. To the extent you use HypeBeam features that access or display information obtained through YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Your use of Google and YouTube services is also governed by the terms and policies those providers make applicable to you. You can review the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Independent service; no affiliation
HypeBeam is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or operated by YouTube or Google. References to YouTube describe the third-party platform and API services that HypeBeam analyzes or uses.
5. Third-party content and rights
Videos, channel names, titles, trademarks, brands and other third-party content referenced by HypeBeam remain the property of their respective owners. HypeBeam does not claim ownership of third-party content merely because it is referenced in an analytical result.
6. HypeBeam analytics
Metrics described as HypeBeam scores, hype strength, momentum, reach estimates, creator breadth or similar analytical measures are independently generated by HypeBeam. They are not official YouTube metrics unless a metric is explicitly identified as data supplied by the YouTube API.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the public HypeBeam service for lawful informational and analytical purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass technical restrictions, misuse data, gain unauthorized access, or use HypeBeam in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties.
8. Availability and changes
HypeBeam is under active development. Features, coverage, categories, methodology and availability may change, and the service may be modified, suspended or discontinued without a guarantee of continuous availability.
9. Disclaimer
HypeBeam is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. No warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HypeBeam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss resulting from reliance on the service, third-party content, analytical estimates or temporary unavailability.
